Had a wonderful stay with my family! The kids loved the beach access and the pool area, which made for some perfect family fun. One downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here! 😊

missingWrote a review on 16 Julsea view roombeach accesspoor maintenance
The location offers easy access to the beach, just a short stroll away, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the seaside. The standard room provides a lovely sea view, enhancing the overall experience when you wake up.
The parking situation is downright frustrating. it's not just expensive at £20 per night, but tricky for long stays as well—especially if you've got a larger vehicle like a transporter van. The hotel itself feels tired, showing signs of wear that include poor air conditioning, a sagging sash window that wouldn’t open, and a bathroom that needs serious updating. The portable fans provided barely helped in the uncomfortable heat. There's also a distinct lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness department, especially regarding the shabby state of the room's furnishings and poor maintenance of bathroom fittings. I found the pricing to be inflated for the experience on offer and would hesitate to recommend it in the future.

Some common areas felt dated and could use refurbishment.

I stayed in a Superior Room and it was really nice! Had a great sea view and a decent size balcony. The room had good lighting and the bathroom was okay, but the shower was a bit tricky. The TV worked perfectly and the space was comfortable overall. No major complaints! Definitely the best room I’ve had here so far.

The friendly staff made my family feel welcome during our stay. Comfortable beds ensured a restful night, and the breakfast was enjoyable, featuring homemade products. the bathroom was disappointing with a leaky shower and black mold. The view from our room overlooked the shopping center, which diminished the experience somewhat.

The location near the beach is a big win. My room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up a pleasure. Breakfast deserves a shout-out too. it was fresh and delicious, offering a variety that kept me satisfied. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff greeted me with a warm smile, always ready to assist. the room itself was a letdown. It felt dated, and the carpets showed obvious signs of wear and stains. I had air conditioning issues that made it too stuffy. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that lingered. I did stumble upon some debris in the hallway during my stay, which didn’t exactly enhance the experience. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the nice view and the friendly service.

Not so great experience
I stayed for 1 night with my family and, honestly, the place was a bit dodgy. The carpet was stained, shower was clogged, and the windows were filthy. Staff was friendly, but we had a tough time with the locks. The breakfast was okay, but they could use better quality food. Definitely needs a facelift!
